My name is Sofía Galli and I am an English into Spanish translator specialized in the agri-food industry.
In 2014, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Sworn, Technical and Scientific Translation from Universidad del Museo Social Argentino (UMSA).
I specialized in the agri-food industry during my time working with the National Service for Agri-Food Health and Quality (SENASA), Argentina’s veterinary service, with different texts related to animal production, animal health and welfare, and food quality and safety programs.
During my time there, I worked as a linguistic liaison for producers and helped them demonstrate the eligibility of their products and processes to international markets.
I have been licensed with the Association of Sworn Translators of the City of Buenos Aires (CTPCBA) since 2016, so I also have experience translating commercial, corporate, financial and accounting documents.
Since 2019, I've been helping agribusinesses and food companies that wish to export their agrifoods and food products with the professional translation of their corporate communications and the documents that support the quality and safety of their products.
